Restrictions throughout 2020 meant we couldn’t get together as usual but with a new COVID-safe framework, we have lots of exciting opportunities coming up, and we’d love to reconnect and get more people involved. 23.01.2022 Emergency COVID-19 tenancy laws are due to end on 28 March however the good news for renters is that there is still time to seek a rent reduction, or to extend or renegotiate an existing agreement for a rent reduction. Garden assessments offer residents the opportunity to have the Gardens for Wildlife Officer visit and provide customised advice on how to increase habitat and attract native fauna to your garden. 13.01.2022 The Department of Transport is introducing changes to clearways. From 1 December 2020, clearways on arterial roads within 20km of Melbourne’s CBD will also include a tow-away zone so vehicles blocking roads during peak times can be removed, reducing congestion and keeping you moving. 02.01.2022 We're excited to announce that we'll be working with Kingston Arts and Deb McNaughton - Artist to install a new sculpture as part of The Bay Trail Public Art Project. The new sculpture will be a nod to the temporal ‘Rainbow of Hope’ mural Deb recently painted at Shirley Burke Theatre and will be installed over the coming months following community feedback.
