22.01.2022 The City of Kwinana will soon be even easier to navigate with the addition of a new cycle network, informed by the Citys Bike and Walk Plan in 2018. After funding from the Western Australian Bicycle Network was secured in July, the go-ahead was granted to start the design and construction of two new paths to form part of the complete network. 07.01.2022 Bulk waste verge collections are on now for Area1 and the upcoming weeks for Area 2 and 3 so we would like to remind everyone how to place their waste out correctly for collection. Please sort and place bulk waste in four piles on the verge without obstructing footpaths, as follows: 1. White goods and ALL metal products fridges, stoves etc. (up to 1.5 metres in length). Doors must be detached from fridges and freezers. No glass please! 2. E-waste TVs, electrical items and... computer hardware. 3. Mattresses. 4. General bulk waste scrap (furniture and other household items), timber products (up to 1.5 metres in length). Residential properties only.
