It is compulsory for all cats 12 weeks and older to be microchipped and for their microchip to be recorded on the state Dogs and Cats Online database www.dogsandcatsonline.com.au If your cat is found wandering from your premises, and doesn’t have a collar, tag and microchip it can legally be trapped and handed into a shelter, vet or council. If your cat ever goes missing, you’ll want to know you’ve done as much as possible to ensure your cat is r...eturned home to you as soon as possible. Chipblitz is offering $10 microchips Saturday 30th January 2021 & Sunday 31st January 2021 at Ravendale Sports Complex, so book an appointment at www.chipblitz.com
