Firstly to assess where the cause of the problem is, and advise on what to do to get it fixed. Secondly; after the council confirmed they can not fix the problem, Yass and Ive came out and fixed the drainage problem. They also layed new pipes from my house to the stormwater outlet. While doing this, they showed me exactly where the council responsibility should of been. Nevertheless, Yass and Ive understood I didnt have the time nor knowledge to debate the issue with the council and they also understood that all I wanted was for the problem to be fixed. CityPro were very timely and professional, they were understanding and very clear in explaining things to me. I knew exactly what they were doing and how much it will cost. The cost was more than reasonable, and I have trust in their workmanship... Id definitely use CityPro again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
