20.01.2022 Stingers Training - 10:30AM - 12:30PM - Saturday the 7th. This is our last training session before our first tournament round on the 14th! Come down, get fit, learn a thing or two, and ultimately make some new friends! Rumour is we get our first glance at our 2020 teams!

09.01.2022 Hey all! After two fantastic weeks of trials, we have witnessed some dynamic and exciting talent and we’re keen to get our CitySide Stingers training sessions started! This Saturday will be our first training session, commencing at 10:30am. If you’re committing to a season with CitySide, we highly encourage you attend this session (and future ones!) as we’ll get a first look at our 2020 teams! This session will be rewarding not just physically, but also include valuable info...rmation for the season to come. Most of all, the Stingers family would love to have you there! 05.01.2022 Hi Stingers, As some of you already know, this Saturday (14/03/2020) is our first premier league round! If you plan on playing this week and we haven't reached out to in the form of Facebook/WhatsApp/Email, please comment on this post and we'll endeavour to get in touch with you! Here is some information regarding our first game day:... - Day starts at 9am and will run till 4pm. It is being held at the Springvale beach rebound Volleyball Centre. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes earlier for a warm up and briefing. - Address is: 6 Brough St, Springvale, 3171 - Stingers has put in FOUR men's teams (2 in each division), THREE women's teams and SEVEN mixed teams (4 in Div 1, 3 in Div 2). - Everyone will be playing on a single sex & mixed team! - Teams will be announced tomorrow - so keep this space active! Any concerns or issues, feel free to contact us. We will note, the teams are not final - we can expect some fluidity in these teams until everything settles. - Each team plays 4 games, which each game spanning 2 sets, each set as a duration of 10 minutes - the highest total score at the end of the second set is the winning team. - If you do not have a shirt yet, we will be bringing players shirts that can be used Saturday and we are aiming to put an order for singlets in next week! Again, keep active on this space for updates! To complement the uniform, we advise people to wear black shorts. - If you do not have transport & need to carpool let us know & we will try to organise something for you. Rumour is our residential coach, Vincenzo can transport entire teams on the back of his bike. - If you are keen to head out for dinner after the game day in Springvale or Brunswick send us a message so we can book a place as a group. - Lastly, have fun!
