25.01.2022 WOW!!! We are yet to have a final tally of how much we raised today but in an hour and a half, we served hundreds of sausage sandwiches!! THANK YOU to all who supported our BBQ fundraiser today for R U Aware We Care. Special thanks to our main helpers, Connie Noon, Michael Cole & Stephen James Vile from BEST Employment Ltd, Adele Mazoudier & Eric, Angelique Eden, Michelle Simmonds and for all the amazing people who helped us to support the farmers. It was great to see work co...lleagues popping in together, including most of the Simmonds Kitchens team, the marketing and Tamworth Country Music Festival department of the Tamworth Regional Council, (Including my Kawl, Karlee) many Woodleys Megayard employees, the Cancer Council Australia Tamworth team, Job Link Plus, Radio Rentals, PLUS, there were dozens of people who flew solo to represent their businesses, with special mention to my precious lil Sarah from R.J O'Halloran & Co and beautiful Angela from JT Fossey, Graeme Mills from Tamworth Real Estate, Jarrad Smith, Simon Groth, oh gosh, so many more. 10.01.2022 We were incredibly lucky to tonight, hold the first of a series of extremely special events where the amazing Amber Lawrence previews her forthcoming album, 'Spark'. WOW is all we can say. If Amber is holding one of these events in a town near you, grab a ticket, pre-order the album and make all your friends go along. If she's not, and you have a great venue like ours to showcase these hit songs in... I'm sure she would love to hear from you. We can't wait for the world to hear the full album. We were way over capacity.. but, who is there to complain to when the manager was there, loving every moment and wishing that we could have squeezed more people in. 03.01.2022 We were proud to sponsor 3 Destination Tamworth elite sportsmen last weekend with their accomodation in Sydney for training for the NSW 20s Men's Netball team. Our owner knows first hand, what it costs to raise a child into a world champion motorbike rider. It takes a lot of dedication, belief and persistence but also a lot of help from those around us. We were happy to lend a helping hand. Here's hoping more local businesses get behind these guys and also, more local initiatives!
