24.01.2022 Skinners and Squats! ... 270kg nearly ending super super bad citystrength bulknutrients ... This was only my second session back on low bar which felt pretty damn nice, but setting the pins to high on a rack that just wasn’t right (my own fault) made the re-rack super sketchy and potentially disastrous.... needless to say I was cooked after that and decided to drop the weight (smart idea on my part). Moral of the story... if you need to calf raise to unrack, it’s too f*cking high! ( # @camstrength )

As a result of COVID-19 the Sheffield 2020 Powerlifting Championships could not go ahead earlier this year. Around the world, many members of the powerlifting community have been affected by the pandemic, and in light of that, we are announcing a collaboration with the International Powerlifting Federation to support athletes.... All proceeds from the sale of the competition shirt will go towards a fund supporting lifters who have seen their incomes affected by the global pandemic, and who wish to attend IPF World Championships in future years. Details of how to access this fund will be made public in advance of the next relevant IPF World Championships.
