22.01.2022 Great news we can now seat 30 people inside the Cafe and 16 people on the verandah from tomorrow.Please be mindful of our Social distancing rules which are stated on a banner in the cafe .Come down and enjoy one of your favourite coffees in a real cup or a bite to eat for Breakfast or lunch .The staff are all looking forward to seeing you all again Open from 7am-2pm 7 days a week

07.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that our libraries will reopen in a limited capacity on June 1st. As always, the health and safety of staff and visitors is our prior...ity so we will be fully complying with NSW Health guidelines to protect everyone who comes through our doors. Here's what you need to know: What hours are you open? Nowra: Mon Fri 10am-4pm Sanctuary Point: Mon Fri 10am-4pm Ulladulla: Mon Fri 10am-4pm Milton: Wed and Fri 10am 12pm and 2pm 4pm Mobile Library: regular schedule excluding school & pre-school visits. What can I do in the library during Stage 1? The library will be open for borrowing and returning only. Reservations can now be picked up from the library. There is no computer use during Stage 1 including printing, scanning and photocopying, and chairs and tables have been removed. The Local Heritage Room at Nowra Library remains closed. What hygiene practices are in place? Hand sanitiser stations are being installed and the number of people in our buildings will be monitored to allow 4m per person. Sneeze screens will be installed at customer service points and staff will follow a strict cleaning regime. All returned items will be ‘quarantined’ for 72 hours. By downloading the Shoalhaven Libraries app, borrowers will be able check out their own library items, reducing contact with surfaces. Where can I get information? A concierge station will be visible at the entrance of each branch to provide information and ensure customers use hand sanitiser before entering. The Home Library Service and Doorstep Library service will continue. Our children's programs and Heritage talks will continue to take place on our Facebook Page.
