21.01.2022 13 weeks out from @wbff_aust and before I get a million questions we decided to go for WBFF rather than icn because my heart wasn’t in icn 100% and I knew WBFF would be suited to me and my preferences better. Coach also says I have to much muscle for icn so I’m happy because I can continue to lift heavy - - Diet and training have been good and still feeling energised for my sessions. 16.01.2022 A most common mistake anyone can make is being on track all week Monday-Friday then overindulging throughout the weekend and enjoying themselves a little to much. Yes you can enjoy yourself over the weekend but just stay balanced and stay on track with training and you will see the results you want. - - To ensure I stay on track I usually eat the same thing I do every day on the Saturday and Sunday morning/lunchtime then I have my cheat meal on Sunday night and back to my normal meals Monday again!

03.01.2022 Happy hump day - - Let me just say it has been a shit start to prep, was disorganised at the start of the week and didn’t have meals prepped while on 6am starts. My back was giving me absolute grief yesterday and a bit today and I am getting sick -... - So to play it safe I didn’t really train at all yesterday and dedicated a lot of time to stretching, as I didn’t want it to get any worse. So now I’m focusing on getting rid of this sickness and pain as fast as possible so I can continue to smash out my sessions to the best of my ability, however nutrition will still be 110%. #watchthisspace #personaltrainer See more
