15.01.2022 At the end of last year, I was in Melbourne and was lucky enough to give a masterclass on composition and technique which was hosted by the Ben Plant Guitar school. I ended up writing a song within the week as an example of how to use basic chord progressions formed from simple scale ideas to create a big and wide soundscape. Below is the second half of the song that was written and preformed, displaying four compositional ideas within two chord progressions;... A (00:00 to 00:50) - Improv over an E minor chord progression. B (00:50 to 01:38) - Melody over the new chord progression in relative major and a bit of improv over the melody C (01:38 to 02:02) - Arpeggiated theme version of the new progression D (02:02 to end) - return to clean section and implying melody from B. Who would be keen on potentially seeing a masterclass for these sort of ideas in Adelaide? Also again a big thank you to Ben Plant Guitar for giving the opportunity. He's definitely spreading a wealth of knowledge in Melbourne with his school, so kudos to him!

14.01.2022 Recorded a guest solo for a friend's solo project last night - I improvd a few different versions and came away liking this one the most. I comp'd a couple of shitty notes but this is 99% of what I used in the end

14.01.2022 Its now been two weeks since the launch of CJD Music and the response has been overwhelming, so thank you!
