I could go into so much detail her but wont, basic guide: Six pullups from a diligent dead hang is good. Pullups respond to volume, so if you want to do more, do as many sets with as many reps as you can. #chrismurphyfitness23

22.01.2022 You will burn more calories with the rope than any other exercise. Nothing compares or works your body more than the rope. My 3 inch thick 50-foot ropes that weigh 20 kls, and according to a study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, swinging them for just 10-minutes can burn up to 112 calories.



21.01.2022 Mindset is everything, Ive known Taymour for about 5-6 years we first met when I was a performance coach with UFC gym and at Fitness First Hornsby he has been training with me over that time for at least 3 years now. When we first met I asked him what was his fitness goal, what did he want to achieve?... Pictures speak a thousand words, especially when it comes to fitness, he replied I want to loose weight and become fit and functional. Over the years together with his extremely impressive determination and will to succeed he has done more than that, he has completely transformed his body, mind and along with his soul that was always aligned and in the right place together with his values and his goals aligned to his reasons why= success. My other clients now consistently comment to me on his physical appearance and respectful well mannered demeanour. Example of one such comment, I was talking to a new client and I asked him what his fitness goal was? (Ill paint the picture, Taymour had just finished a session with me the day before and had come back up to the park on his own accord the next day with his 15kl battle rope that he carried in one arm for at least a kilometre up hill to the park, he set it up and started smashing out his battle rope sets, my new client points to Taymour and says I want to be ripped like that guy it truly warmed my heart (bonus: I could then say that guy has been training with me for years ) I want to congratulate him for surpassing his fitness goals. Taymour shows up to life everyday and faces it head on as very person should. Taymour keeps ups with me now, we often do sessions together just as friends (I call them friendlys- no charge) He will run rings around most, he never brags, he is always ready to help any one without any questions, this gentle man is truly a inspiration too me. He makes me laugh in a positive way (carrying a 15kl battle rope one arm up a hill for a klm) and I am truly grateful to be able to work with this human being. We can all make a difference in our lives and others, never underestimate the impact we have on another person or the way that we can inspire others and allow our selves to grow. I am proud to say he is truly a amazing inspirational friend. Keep going hard brother and much respect

More vids to come on his progression moving forward and I have to say Basketball was a massive part of my fitness journey so this is an absolute pleasure. Great work: Over arm pull ups 5 sets 10-15, as much volume as possible to build size and shape, total reps give or take-up to 75 reps.... (No photos as we were too busy working this muscle group) Had to take this pic for David Avery so he can see what I am seeing when he is pumping out these band fly sets..keeping the Team motivated. Great work my man.

15.01.2022 Volume, volume, volume. 51 reps in total for this machine, this is one of the most effective ways to create size and shape. with the correct form and upper and lower body chain communicating correctly will be the key to growth with this movement.... I use a band initially for the CNS to get on board and for the muscle memory to start to kick in, ultimately leads to great form and technique ending with great results and muscle growth.

Nutritions on point, utilising his body types preferred carbs to grow. Metabolism is going through the roof. Welcome the goal, see it in your mind and allow it to come to you. 06.01.2022 Hi Team, Here is just an example of one of my basic HIIT/CIRCUIT routines. I modify these as the client progresses,... Outcomes are far greater than one will expect and this becomes a stepping stone into some amazing cardio for example after a couple of weeks of this programme I have my clients run the 400m from any where between 115-150 seconds. Keep in mind a professional runner will average 55-60seconds for the 400m. The beauty of this is clients goals are not to run a 400m in a great time..goals are based around weight loss, muscle shape, strength and as I said this is just one of the outcomes of modified HITT/CIRCUIT as well as all the other health benefits.

These sessions will be HIIT/CIRCUIT with a set rounds example 5 rounds and up to 7-10 stations depending on where your PRCE/PRME is currently at. What do I do?...
