20.01.2022 And that’s a wrap for 2019! What a year it has been for CJP Constructions bringing our Gymea project close to completion and spending some busy weekends getting our Burleigh Heads project well under way! We look forward to completing both early in the new year with some big changes ahead beyond that! A huge shout out to all our tradesmen and contractors for helping us get the job done and to our wonderful clients for their support. Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday season from ours to yours and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2020! . . . #merrychristmas #happynewyear #builder #construction #awardwinningbuilder #thankyou #bringon2020

15.01.2022 Bit of a milsestone on site at ‘The Perch’ today with scaffold coming down and revealing the progress of this impressive home! Our owners Martin and Melissa had a vision for their home and Michael from @maccormickarchitects transferred those visions into his brilliant design... You can see in the render images how we have worked to bring these visions and designs to life... Still some work to do with it having been a very detailed build but looking forward to getting this big... girl completed to the standard we pride ourselves on . . . #theperch #gymeaproject #architecturaldesign #architecturalbuild #customhome #custombuild #bringingdreamstolife #dreamhome #construction #building #canbuild #hiaawardwinningbuilder #slopingblock #cjpearceconstructions See more

12.01.2022 Whilst still in Burleigh we have started one of our new projects. These pictures show upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and flooring have been ripped out leaving it gutted for a fresh, new start. Watch this space! . . . #renovation #burleighheadsrenovation #transformation #coastal #goldcoast #builder #building #construction #awardwinningbuilder #canbuild #progress #cjpearceconstructions #builttolast @ Burleigh Heads, Queensland

11.01.2022 It’s been a busy but productive couple of weeks on the Gold Coast working on our Burleigh Heads reno project... You will see here the difference the timber floor we have just installed, larger windows to allow more natural light, floor plan alterations, new bathrooms and paint have made to this tired old 80’s project home so far. The home was dark with limited natural light and dated so Karla from Vella Interior Design who has helped with planning, design and selections dec...ided on a light coastal inspired theme and palette to lift and lighten this home. In bedroom 3 the original wardrobe space was converted to a study nook with v groove and floating shelves, walls were moved and a new wardrobe added. Bedroom 2 was squared out where there was a window 45 degrees to the front door, the room expanded to make the wardrobe larger and a study nook added also. The main bedroom was expanded to allow a larger wardrobe and the original walk through wardrobe space has been absorbed by the new en-suite and added drawer space. The 4th bedroom has been squared out, wardrobe removed to straighten the angled hallway and converted into a study, corner louvred windows replace what was originally another window on a 45 degree angle to the front door. Stacking doors that open out onto the rear patio, which will be decked to the same height as the internal floor, let in a lot more light and air flow and gives double access to this area where originally it was just a single door and window on one side and a window on the other. Patching has been done and painting is currently under way. The completely redesigned and overhauled bathroom and en-suite are nearing completion with vanity installation completed, towel rails and toilet roll holders fitted and floating shelves installed in the main bathroom where a void was converted into a useful little nook. The en-suite has also had the single shower converted to a handy double shower. Final electrical including pendant and LED lighting and mirrors still to be installed. All of our joinery has been made by GJ Morgan Kitchens. Kitchen still to be installed, laundry to be completed, floors sanded and sealed, carpets to be laid and final fits offs to be done but it is safe to say we are amazed at the difference so far and extremely happy with how this reno is progressing since we started back in July, especially given it’s been a part time project. A great team effort all round!

05.01.2022 All systems go on site at Gymea Way today! The boys from @gjmorgan_kitchens getting busy installing the kitchen... . . . #gymeaproject #theperch #businessend #fitout #construction #building #architecturalbuild #architecturaldesign #architecture #kitchen #custombuild #dreamhome #gjmorganskitchens #cjpearceconstructions

03.01.2022 The CJP team have been busy putting the finishing touches on our Gymea Way project which is nearing completion... This impressive architecturally designed home with its many layers built on this sloping block has certainly challenged the best of us but we are pleased with how it has all come together. We obviously couldn’t have done it without the help of all of our trades and we are incredibly grateful to you all for your assistance with getting us here!

03.01.2022 Martin and Melissa, the owners of our Gymea Way Project enjoying their soon to be views while cleaning windows prior to moving in... I don’t think we’ve ever had such hands on owners before but it has been an absolute pleasure working with these guys since the beginning of the project... lots happening in the coming weeks so watch this space! . . . #architecturalbuild #customhome #dreamhome #bestowners #building #architecture #viewsformiles #nelsonbay #cjpearceconstructions
