22.01.2022 R.B.A is very cautious of the current position of the housing market. It's been suggested that they look at raising the interest rate to slow down the amount of sale... Are they serious? Why don't they just make LVR 85 - 90%???

21.01.2022 Here is a tip when negotiating a price with your property: When you are negotiating the price of your property to sell be aware that when you give a figure after the asking price that the difference between the 2 can be halfed and then they can expect to receive half of the first discount again. For example you are asking 400k for your property. The buyers first offer is 340k and you counter with 390k.... The buyer will then expect at the very least that he can get you for 385k unless you continue to drop it further! On the flip side if they then counter with 360K, You should expect that without much negotiating that you can get him to 370k. Good luck :D
