25.01.2022 Dads and Uncle management team - no wonder the boys are thriving. Well done lads #theyloveconcord (look at the team name!)
25.01.2022 The Clubhouse is now closed for a well earned break during the off season, and will not reopen until 2021. We have a new sponsor for 2021 so the jerseys are sh...ortly off to the printers for the new logo. Those players U8 and above who have not yet returned 2020 jerseys, you have a rapidly closing window. No point trying to return them next year without the logo, at that point you will owe the club a new jersey before you can register at any other club in Australia. The subtext here is please return them now!
25.01.2022 Our O35/3 are having their Presentation Day. Congrats guys on a terrific season, and winning the PREMIERSHIP! Good job Tony.

23.01.2022 Presentation Day for the U13s. Great season boys! Well done Mitchell and Chris
23.01.2022 We need to recruit senior referees to register our O35 teams next year. Please help us recruit, and tag anyone who might be interested. Juniors who turn 13 by Feb 2021 also wanted. Three easy steps, and plenty of time over the off season to get it done. Click the link for more details.
23.01.2022 Presentation Day Covid style. Our Coaches stepped up and did a great job.
22.01.2022 Our 2020/1 sponsor reopening soon!
21.01.2022 Registrations are now open for the 2021 season. https://www.concordsoccer.org.au/2021-registrations-open Earlybird Discount ends midnight 7th February... Siblings Discount will be automatically applied if you register two or more children in one transaction It's a long time until April, and the club cannot predict what will happen with the Covid situation in Sydney. CJSC will of course comply with any Government rulings - if they say close we will, until then we assume the season is going ahead. We were lucky last year, even if the season was a little shorter than usual. If, after you register, you decide that your personal situation has changed and you cannot play, you can trigger a refund up until the first day of the season - which this year is Friday April 9th - apply for a refund by Thursday the 8th.
21.01.2022 Opening the season with an 11 - 1 win (at MBR of course) our 35/3 team were always going to win the Premiership. 10 wins, 2 losses and 2 draws later it’s official. Congrats gents on an awesome season!!
21.01.2022 Shoot and score!! Academy is back for Term 4 #academy #training #offseasontraining #cbfi #lovesoccer #futurestars #defenceorattack #soccerboots #goal
20.01.2022 Congratulations to the 14/3 team for a great win today, AND containing two winners of our Perpetual Trophies for 2020. Joseph Kalachian has had an terrific sea...son as goalkeeper, only 7 goals have been scored against the team all year and he is visibly improving each week. He has won the Orlando Mino trophy for Goalkeeper of the Year. Sal Garcia wins the Ron Tonkin Clubperson trophy for 2020. Sal turned up two seasons ago looking for a team to volunteer as a Coach, and his passion for the game seems to really be inspiring great things with the boys. The team are currently sitting second on the table. Congrats all on an awesome season.
18.01.2022 Reminder that the Clubhouse is open this evening from 6 - 8pm for bag drop offs and team trophy pick ups. Senior trophies, ie 18+ are being delivered at 6pm tonight. In other news, have I found the solution to the drainage issues on Edwards?
18.01.2022 Here's the dates I have so far for the 2021 season, keep an eye on our social media for updates. The earliest Registrations will open is Jan 4th, that is the fi...rst day we have access in the FNSW system. We are waiting on some costs to be finalised before we can open, but it should be very shortly after the 4th. See more
18.01.2022 Our U16/3 are enjoying a great season, only one loss all year. This score today must be boosting their confidence as they head into the most important match of ...the season, the return match with competition leader Hurlstone Park next week. What a cliffhanger. And as an aside wasn’t MBR worth the money, have you seen the scores our teams get when they play there? The U9G won 10-0 this morning. How do you even score that many goals when halves are only 25 mins long!
17.01.2022 It takes a village. Every year our terrific parents and volunteers step up to make the season happen for the kids. Congrats we all made it through the 2020 season
17.01.2022 Official opening of MBR this morning. The theme of the day was cooperation, between Liberal and Labor, and even more improbably between two fierce rival clubs c...oming together to make MBR happen. MBR is currently setting the standard for club level facilities anywhere in NSW. What a huge win for our community, our clubs and soccer. So much positive feedback from our club members this season on what a great experience it is to play at MBR. Thanks to so many others not in this photo. What a team. The dream truly became reality here. Everyone wins. #weloveconcord
15.01.2022 Summer camp dates for January @ MBR. This is going to be popular, judging by the number of queries I’ve had about it. Contact [email protected] to book
14.01.2022 Can you believe it’s nearly 2021? Time to register for the post Xmas Comp to run off all that turkey.
14.01.2022 U9G Presentation Day. What an awesome season these girls had, including that stunning 10-0 victory at MBR. Right up there in terms of top scores this season but... achieved in far less playing time. The future for these girls is very bright and we look forward to seeing how they do next year. Well done Jim and Cristina.
14.01.2022 Heads up that the AGM is set for the 10th December. This is where 2020 Financial members get to have a say in the club's direction and elect the 2021 Committee.... We are calling for Life Member nominations and Business items that need to be discussed. Note that this year RSVPs are compulsory as Covid guidelines determine which room we can hold the meeting in. Not a member? It isn't difficult to join. Talk to Vicki. #doingitforthekids #weloveconcord
13.01.2022 Congratulations to the W8W United team winning the U12 competition at MBR. Nice work Emil, Tracey and team!!
13.01.2022 Vale Tony. Some words in remembrance by John Tonkin
13.01.2022 Nice work Ned and team. We’ll be expecting a great season from you in 2021!!
13.01.2022 Senior referees wanted. The CDSFA is making it a precondition to register our O35 teams next year. Please help us recruit, and tag anyone who might be intereste...d. Juniors who turn 13 by Feb 2021 also wanted. Three easy steps, and plenty of time over the off season to get the first step done. Click the link for more details.
12.01.2022 U14G finishing the season in style with a 9 - 0 victory. Great season girls, so very well done.

11.01.2022 Look at our U8’s doing Presentation Day in style. Congrats on a great season Ross, Max, John-Michael, team and parents. Awesome season, supported by great parents (and uncles) #doingitforthekids
11.01.2022 Edwards is OPEN! Let’s play
11.01.2022 It’s nearly trophy day for our U5, U6 and U7 Miniroos. No presentation day this year thanks to Covid, so trophies will be given out by Coaches this Saturday af...ter the game for U6 & U7, and by the Committee for U5. Don’t forget to RSVP for the Gala Day on October 10th *AS A TEAM* for U6 & U7 to Danny and John the Miniroos co-ordinators this Saturday. Trophies for U8 and above are coming next week. Still to be confirmed, so we do not yet have a definite date for your Managers to pick up.
11.01.2022 ****UPDATE O35/3 are now officially Premiers***** An exciting update on progress after last weekend's matches for the U12 and above competitions. As you can se...e from the table below the number of teams still in contention has narrowed sharply, and we have three newly crowned winners this week. Congratulations to the U12/2G who have won their division. Last week only one point clear, this week, thanks to a win, and second placed Balmain losing, they are 4 points clear. From here they are unbeatable. Congratulations (*probably) to the O35/3. They won their game, and we have heard that second placed Balmain have lost theirs, but the score for the Balmain game has not loaded yet, probably for clerical reasons. If I had to guess, it is in dispute because someone made a typo entering the score. It happens. If the rumours are not true we are still in first place, and will update next week. Congratulations to the O45/4B team who won for the 11th time this season (only 1 loss) on Saturday to move into an unbeatable position. Don't bother calling El Presidente to congratulate him, he misplaced his phone Saturday night. We have a very exciting match coming up at 10am on Sunday. Our 16/3, fresh off an 11 - 0 victory yesterday will take on first placed Hurlstone Park @Edwards. Improbably H/Park had their first loss for the season yesterday, which has propelled our lads into equal first position on points. They are currently second, as their only loss this season was to H/Park. The entire season comes down to this one match. To snatch victory they must win. (No pressure boys!) A draw will see H/Park take the title. Let's hope their killer striker is away for the long weekend. Win or lose these boys have had a great season. The 14/2 still have a chance, but need to win, AND Burwood to lose. We play Hurlstone Park A, currently bottom of the ladder, and Burwood will play Balmain, currently 5th. Hope to see lots of Xander's backflip goal celebrations Sunday. Good luck!
10.01.2022 Heads up the CDSFA have advised us that those teams who missed out on playing in the rain today, may get a late night match reschedule this week. If the entire... round was washed out then it will be cancelled. Please keep checking the draw, may be short notice. We have offered Edwards 1 Tue/Wed/Thur.

05.01.2022 Anyone been to one of the Burwood parks recently and lost their CJSC jacket?
05.01.2022 Covid made us rethink everything this year - why would season wrap up be any different?
04.01.2022 The sun sets on the 2020 season. The AGM will be in December. Registration opens for the 2021 season in January, and season kickoff (COVID permitting) will be... April. Thanks everyone. Stay safe and see you next year!!
04.01.2022 Hurray! A great local business and valued CJSC sponsor survives 2020 and comes back stronger than ever. Looking forward to trying the new menu! #weloveconcord
04.01.2022 Timeline 2021 now updated with grading weeks - also the date was wrong for the U5 Registration Option 3 - now fixed. Grading times for the various ages will be advised later in January. Online Registration for the 2021 season will be open by tomorrow morning.
03.01.2022 U12 and above Competition update 27 Concord teams registered for the covid season, and with 2 weeks left to go 14 are placed first or second on the ladder. We... have 4 teams currently in first, the O45/2 have already claimed victory for the season, 4 points clear of second placed Strathfield, with one game less, not played due to a washout. The O45/4B team are 5 points clear and need a win to be able to confidently declare victory today, no doubt with much celebration following. A record of 10 wins and 1 loss is worth celebrating but could someone please make sure the folder gets back home to Concord. The O35/3 team have been first or second all season. Currently one win (3 points) clear, they need a win today and for Balmain to either lose or draw to be confident to call the season. The U12/2G have had an awesome season, 7 wins and 4 draws have them just ONE point ahead of Balmain, who have 7 wins, 3 draws and a loss. They have maintained this lead for a few weeks now. Such a tight finish to an exciting season. We probably won’t be certain of bringing home the silverware until after the game next week, unless Balmain lose and we win. All 10 of our second placed teams cannot afford to lose, and need to hope the top team loses at least once. More than 50% of our teams currently first or second. What a great season!
03.01.2022 2020 winner of the Dawn Brett award for outstanding service to the club, Mr COVIDSafe himself, Michael Horseman. He really didn’t see it coming! Presented at the Annual Committee Dinner.
02.01.2022 Here’s a bunch of awesome guys who REALLY love Concord (and soccer) and prove it every week by getting the job done. 80% of the 2020 Committee at today’s Gala ...Day. Missed you Bobby and John R. It was a fun day to finish the 2020 Season. Time for a nice snooze until January when registrations open again. #weloveconcord
02.01.2022 This video will be playing on the scoreboard at Majors Bay Reserve tomorrow for the U6 & U7 Gala Day. Contains the draw, and map of the fields. ***COULD THOSE...
