25.01.2022 After 23 years of working in the Hospitality industry, starting out as a store man progressing into sales followed by managing projects and then opening the branch of Watsons Catering Equipment here in Tasmania. 06.01.2022 In 2017 CKB Solutions was awarded with the contract to supply and fitout a brand new Visitors Centre at the Port Arthur Historic Site, which features the new 1830 Restaurant and Bar. The existing kitchen and serving counters also received an upgrade and were supplied with new equipment.Service drawings were provided by CKB Solutions, while the installation was coordinated in conjunction with the principal builders VOS Construction. Since the completion of this project in 2017 the Port Athur Historic Site has seen approximately 350,000 visitors enjoying the new services. 03.01.2022 Tomorrow is the start of the Fine Foods trade show at Sydney at the new exhibition centre in Darling Harbour. Today we got to walk around the city looking at the sites and checking out cafes and restaurants. Staying at this gem in walking distance to the show.

03.01.2022 Sorry for the long silence, but... HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and New Year break and are ready for the exciting year ahead. At the end of 2018 we completed many jobs including the new and improved SUSH in Wellington Court, Hobart. We installed a prep area with an e-water system over the sink. This unit eliminates the need to use chemicals by producing sanitized and sterilized water. A brass hand basin was also installed with brass tap-wa...re to match. You can see some final results below in the photos, or perhaps you could head in to town to see for yourself, and grab some delicious sushi while youre there! 2019 is going to be another busy and exciting year and we cant wait to share with you all the new and exciting projects planned.
