The evening paid tribute to an amazing young lady, Mokshya, but better known as Punchi, whose short life touched and motivated most who attended the night. Proud to be associated with this charity function honouring the life of this amazing young woman.

CK Black was certainly proud to be apart of this successful event organized by an incredibly passionate Lady who wanted to make a difference to her motherland and people who don't have a roof above them. 300 + guest were able to sample an authentic Sri Lankan chicken curry, carrot mallum, fried spicy potato served on a bed of old fashioned ghee rice prepared by our team, in the lobby underneath St Mary's Cathedral. ... A Big heartfelt thank you to all the event volunteers and people who attended for their contributions on making this a success of raising almost AUD$10,000.

CK Black Catering had the pleasure of being the preferred caterer to impress over 400 guests with a modern Sri Lankan buffet dinner. This was complimented with a a tasteful selection of desserts and cakes by REpattiesserie .

11.01.2022 Sri Lankan Burgher Welfare League (BWL) annual Christmas Dinner Dance catering done by the team. Guests enjoyed some classic Burgher dishes on the menu and as always the chef's added a modern twist . #Black pepper pork with treacle #Eggplant moju with fried sprats were some of the items on the buffet.

Lakevents in collaboration with CK Black Catering made this year's Valentine's dinner dance even more memorable for all guest with finger food & champagne on arrival, followed by an entree, dinner buffet and selection of Desserts by RE Patisseries. Doctor led by Lantra Perera, legacy of the Perera brothers, kept a capacity crowd on the dance floor with a great selection of music.
