25.01.2022 Thank you so much to the team at Two Teaspoons for their generous gift voucher which will be raffled at our Knitting and Crochet Community Day on June 22. The cafe is just gorgeous... staff are friendly ... pop in and have a coffee Our Community Knitting/Crochet day goes from 9 am to 4 pm at Westside Church of Christ, Intrepid Street Jamboree Heights. Drop in for an hour or stay the day. Everyone is welcome. Free tea, coffee and refreshments, craft stall and raffles - great company guaranteed!

24.01.2022 For those of you who are interested in making poppies this year, we had a meet up with the lovely Jacqui Brew some weeks ago & Wayne Cooper from the local RSL. This came about from the blanket Gwenda & Linda made which has been donated to the RSL and will be passed onto a local Digger after the sale of poppies for Remembrance Day. Margaret New has found a fantastic link of YouTube for them. We were hoping for around 200 poppies, so thought Id mention it early so those wanting to contribute have more time. I can send you the link on messenger, but dont have the computer skills to share it here Happy Poppie Making
