18.01.2022 $21950. For what? An insurance claim. A man with MS has been charged that. On a $70,000 claim. With Claim Right.. he was qouted $3900 however could not let him switch to us as he was already in contract with lawyer.... William Johns our founder says "feel bad for the guy. Straight forward claim too. You need to help me spread the word. As soon as anyone is diagnosed with illness just tell them."

17.01.2022 Most people find it difficult to engage with a lot of paperwork when they feel tired and fatigued due to illness. Sometimes medications cause delirium, cognative fatigue and mild impairment. Sometimes its a bit more serious like lesions in the brain for people with MS and other neurological illnesses. But we are still talking about administration and supportive decision making.... Of course, Centrelink, NDIS, Superannuation, Insurances etc produce a lot of admin and cause a lot of confusion. This is where ClaimRight shines. We support people in dealing with those systems and make it easy to claim. Lawyers are now referring to us. Lawyers now see the merit in saying "look, your situation is straight forward you don't need to pay me $500 an hour.. $15000 to fill out forms. What does Scot Morisson know about people's plight?
08.01.2022 A broken sick man has been rejected by his work, by Centrelink and for any help by NDIS. He comes to us in tears saying two people in his peer support group spoke highly at their MS group and we were his last hope. I can report that through our system HearMe we have been able to correctly identify body impairments and challenges.... We then ran down analytics on his past employment using data he reported and identified two possible insurance policies that were closed. We then made a claim on his behalf. Using the impairments data and employment data yesterday we delivered him over $115,000 All for under $4000 as we deemed it a simple claim. 05.01.2022 We recently wrote to Services Australia Minister Stuart Robert (Centrelink) saying:- "You must give people on Newstart and part Disability Support Pension a break from Activity Testing (Mutural Obligations). They should not be forced to go into Job Seeker appointments or attend onsight job searches in this environment. It is highly unlikely they are going to be hired now. It will put everyone in danger if you force people to go to multiple work places for interviews right no...w unless they want to. Make it optional or suspend all together" #ClaimRight

Advocates for the client's existing doctors to give complete reports, and tries not to go to external expensive experts... 3. Offers affordable fixed cost reflective of work not payout. 4. Consider Centrelink, Housing etc 5. Assesses client ability to manage money. You have the medical data used for the claim. If your client has impulse behavior, significant mental illness, at risk of manipulation etc think about what happens after TPD and take steps 6. Understand TAX implications, family tax issues and other things important to your client. 7. Estate planning. Now your client has money what about wills and PoAs? 8. Assist with disability support pension applications, write to banks asking for debt forgiveness 9. Assess whether to claim if your client is going through a family law issue before binding financial agreements are signed and executed. 10. Refer to specialists such as my team to assist if required with some or all of the above. Yes, Total Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance claim is not just filling out a form.
