25.01.2022 One of my beautiful return clients have just booked me for their upcoming wedding after doing a boudoir shoot over a year ago now and it made me wonder how to help others get to know me enough as well to trust me to document their life events and everyday moments. No matter who you choose I hope it’s someone who’s style you love; who’s work genuinely makes you happy and feel something; I hope their films and imagery take you to that moment and the emotions you felt at the t...ime. That they empower you and calm you all at once while reminding you how amazing you are and how great this life can be when you slow down and enjoy yourself! I truly believe I do that for my clients. My wedding, boudoir and family clients. In both my videography and my photography work. For me it’s not just a day of shooting and then hours often weeks of editing. It’s getting to know you and your loved one/s as though we’re mates enough you feel relaxed around me and my gear. It’s knowing your hopes for the day and getting to know your kids names or parents names before they have to even introduce themselves. It’s helping make your day as easy and stress free as possible. Tucking in bra straps, keeping track of time, making kids laugh and just helping you to enjoy the moments that go far to quickly. Then yes there is hours of editing and putting it all together (which I love and do myself, I will never outsource any editing) but there is also taking each client experience to the next level in the delivery too. I am always trying to go above and beyond what is expected to give you the best possible experience and help preserve your families legacy as beautifully as I can. 24.01.2022 There is nothing so challenging and yet so rewarding as motherhood. The days are long but trust me when I say the years are so so short. I’m starting to think about Mother’s Day coming up and how more mums need to get in the photos with their kids. It’s never to late to start documenting your family and I’d love to see more people preserving these moments. Especially as I have so few photos with my mum it’s something I feel passionate about. 22.01.2022 With restrictions and lockdown starting to open up for regional Victoria, it’s a beautiful Sunday to make the drive to @zigzagwines where you’ll be met with some of the raddest folks in the area doing some amazing things. I’ve heard from the wine fairy the fire will be going and recommend you ask to try their sparkling Shiraz. I’ve been a bit slow on social media while I’ve had my youngest home sick and still not sleeping great; plus I still find the mum/work-life/marketing/farm-life juggle very real! 13.01.2022 I’m really not good at juggling this social media thing with work and life but aside from being booked up to Christmas with only a few weekday places left I am incredibly thankful for everyone who’s locked in dates already. A few weeks back I met Tarra for her maternity session (to follow later) and her and Daniel have since welcomed the sweetest little boy River. If your looking for a wedding/family photographer for 2020 please get in touch sooner rather than later. I’m taking some time off in January and with Feb and March both booked out already for weddings I’d hate you to miss out.

12.01.2022 Those early days are so fleeting and little babes change so so quickly. Documenting those moments at the time I don’t think anyone realises just how special they are until a few months and even years later. You will thank your past self for making sure you have all the tiny details that when put together, really make this life quite magical. I always say there’s a minimum number of shots you can expect from your session but let’s be realistic - nor you or I can decide between one or the other when they’re all this beautiful. Which is why I like to deliver all the photos I love from your session whether that’s the quoted minimum or more. Not only does Bec offer all this and more but Bec is also a Pilates instructor and PT who is easy going and motivated to help you get results. We caught up late last week to get some social media branding done and it’s truly the best working with amazing women in our area doing some amazing things. 04.01.2022 As we start to come out of restrictions in Regional Victoria I can’t help but get excited for work to start up again and for all business’ to start to find a new normal! I‘ve missed you all and am so glad to be at it again. I’ve been working on practising new skills, back of house changes to better all of you and documenting our iso days along with some small business work which I’d love to do more of.
