Then made a batch of Soft Cinnamon Doughnuts, a double batch of Chocolate chip biscuits, and banana bread! All gluten and dairy free! 10.01.2022 Pretzels! You might not be able to travel, but the memories that food can evoke are amazing! Tonight we made Pretzels and I was transported right back to New York.... I can almost smell the subway, except the smell of the pretzel is more overwhelming. Some American Mustard on it and I'm right back there...just near SoHo.... Transport yourself anywhere in the world with amazing food, full of flavour and memories... Thank you Thermomix!
10.01.2022 Just finished a virtual delivery with one of my lovely new customers. The excitement and joy of her delivery was so energising, and it re-inspires me everytime I do one. To be on the journey with people when they rediscover foods that they had as a child made by their grandma from scratch, and all the memories those foods evoke, and they are able to then make them as well with little to no effort. Or to have someone call you to thank you for giving them the confidence to co...ok - because Cookidoo makes it so easy and previously they were a toasted sandwich kinda person because everything else was too hard. Or my personal favourite - when I get a message from a customer who has spent the day creating memories and delicious food whilst cooking with their child, and that child has created a meal for the whole family to enjoy and they've received praise from everyone at the table because it is so delicious. I love those moments, I love being part of the journey my customers are on, and the things they are creating....
