20.01.2022 2 photos - 4 weeks apart. Super happy with my lower body gains in such a short period. My absolute favourite thing to train is #GLUTES . And after a long period of training light because of an injury I have SLOWLY started to lift heavy again, and the results are starting to show . Here are some tips if you want to get toned and build shape in the gym: Don’t get stuck in your story - start where you are. We all have set backs and obstacles. Don’t make it a reason to give up... or not START. You CAN reach your goals. But it takes time, practice and discipline. Missing a day is fine. But missing a week, and then 2, adds up. Stay accountable to how many days you will train, schedule them in, and when you miss your scheduled day, try and make up for it. Keep a program and focus on tiny 1% improvements. Over time these add up to big results. The happiness I feel when I complete my program gives me a huge rush of endorphins. This in turn creates a habit of wanting more. Focus on your wins. And accept that not all days you will be feeling your best, but show up anyway. Find an environment, space, person, coach or group that makes you feel happy, strong and confident Build on feeling GOOD. If working out does not feel positive and uplifting, you are not in the right space. Goals are great, but focusing on the systems and processes is better . Mums!
