20.01.2022 The cat/camel (a.k.a cat/cow) stretch is a nice exercise for increasing spine flexibility. Try this: 1. Adopt a four-point kneeling position 2. Look up to the ceiling as you arch your back down to create a dip in your spine and take a big breath in 3. Return to the neutral position... 4. Allow your mind’s eye to travel along the top line as you inhale for a count of four. Then hold your breath for a count of four as your mind’s eye travels down the right side of the square. Exhale for four along the bottom line, then hold for four as your mind’s eye moves up the left side. When you reach the top, begin again.
