20.01.2022 The cat/camel (a.k.a cat/cow) stretch is a nice exercise for increasing spine flexibility. Try this: 1. Adopt a four-point kneeling position 2. Look up to the ceiling as you arch your back down to create a dip in your spine and take a big breath in 3. Return to the neutral position... 4. Allow your mind’s eye to travel along the top line as you inhale for a count of four. Then hold your breath for a count of four as your mind’s eye travels down the right side of the square.
