22.01.2022 I'm consistently blown away by the creative talent in my team. I also love that they love creating and sharing with each other and you in our weekly and monthly blog hops (we have 3 on the go at the moment!!). Caroline's card I am sharing today literally took my breath away when I clicked on the post tonight. It's so gorgeous! What makes me smile even more about Caroline's participation in the blog hops is how her confidence and social media skills have grown so much from whe...n she joined and didn't think she could even have a blog (which is where most of us feel when we start). Through her own self-motivation and the support within our team and our social media team group, she (and lots of others in my team) have really jumped forward in leaps and bounds. As a team leader it makes me SO happy and proud to see my team shine and grow. 16.01.2022 Stampin' Up! Global Leaders Summit started today. This year it's virtual so we shared a toast with other attendees around the world. It was 6am here, so a little early for champers! Then it was into the global top performers session for me. Two full days starting at 4am coming up. Can't wait to connect, share, soak up the new learning and be back for my fab customers and team next week.

12.01.2022 Happy Monday friends. How has your day been? I've had a lovely day working from home. A BBB (big brown box) arrived with my Paper Pumpkin kit and customer host code gifts and a few top up goodies, I had our monthly Zoom catch up with my direct team members, I had a chat with a lovely customer on the phone, and some team members by messenger. Love the flexibility working from home gives me. I'll have a break to get tea happening and chat to the family about their days, but will probably be back at my craft desk later! How has your day been? What was the weather like? We had a sunny 27C, so lovely weather here. I enjoy the wander around my garden looking at the new flowers to start my day and at lunch time :)
