21.01.2022 Unfortunately I have some bad news to share. Early yesterday morning my shop was broken into. Yesterday was extremely stressful, sad and expensive. The day was filled with police reports, police, forensic teams and locksmiths. It was incredibly tolling and am needing some time to regroup. We are needing some time to implement new measures to try and reduce the risk of further break ins and damage. During this time no orders will be taken while we reassess our strategies. Thank you all for understanding.

It means the world to me that you are all still here supporting me and placing orders Secondly, I would like to make sure everyone out there is staying safe and taking precautions where necessary. Sydney has had a few major clusters of confirmed cases. This is where we all need to be sensible and safe to try and avoid the same thing happenin...g in Newcastle, resulting in another lockdown. I was hoping to have the shop reopen by now but currently as it stands, I will not be reopening within the next fortnight until I know what is happening with local cases. It's stressful having the shop closed and not knowing when it will be safe to do for myself and my lovely customers. Stay safe. Stay informed. Be kind

09.01.2022 I am running another cat food drive for The Stray Cats Project It really is so simple to help out! You can make such a difference even with a few cans of food. Money in the organisation can then be spent on vet bills and other necessities. Any cat food you can buy or even any food your own cat has decided they no longer like can be donated. Just bring the cans or bags into the shop and put it in the collection box. My tip jar in the shop has always and will always be don...ated to the project. Any financial donations can be put in there or transferred directly to the projects account. I adopted my two fur babies through the project and they do absolutely incredible work and need all of the assistance they can get. They receive no funding and is entirely volunteer based. Let's try and make this holiday period a little bit brighter

06.01.2022 My beautiful little shop is 1 TODAY 1 year ago I first opened my doors. What a crazy and busy day it was. It wouldn't have been possible without the help from friends and family. Looking back at where the shop started, a cold empty maroon room. I spent months cleaning, painting, planning building, and injecting as much colour and love into it as possible. It took alot of blood, sweat, and tears but I am extremely proud of what stands today. ... Unfortunately we are currently closed due to the worldwide COVID situation so we will have a celebration day filled with specials and laughter when the shop reopens. Thank you to everyone to has helped make my dreams a reality and has supported me and the shop with your time or your business
