09.01.2022 One day in and the response to my new page has been sooooo supportive. I am exhilarated. Its great to get nourishment from such a varied bunch of friends, family and peers. 02.01.2022 I don't normally post pics of food but in 12 days my breakfast has progressed from here for 7 days to curry to this today - cinnamon, chia, coconut, raisin porridge. It was delicious and I'm really starting to f feel great.
