25.01.2022 Selling more than 500 tickets to any show in Coffs Harbour is nothing to sneeze at - let alone a new act in a niche market. Promoted by Clairity Public Relations in August-September 2013.
23.01.2022 Introducing Claire Simmonds, founder of Clairity. A former journalist in both print and radio, Claire has many skills to offer clients. In addition to her expertise in writing advertising feature stories for businesses to generate sales interviewing entertainers and artists to promote upcoming events, she knows what the media are looking for. This means Claire can develop a promotions campaign to build your profile in a way that is attractive to the media and she has the cont...acts to get you greater coverage. You don't need to do anything more complicated than make a time for Claire to interview you and discuss your needs. From there, she can develop an artist bio, or an advertorial promoting your business, a media release about a new product, album, tour or service you are offering. Decide how much support you want - start off with a package of tailored information about you, or Claire can promote you and your product in the best media channels - traditional or online. Call 0415 495 010 to ask about her introductory rates. Clairity - cut through and be seen.
22.01.2022 Pitched my client, Josh Allen of Synchronicity Farm as an interesting story to Focus Magazine and submitted the below story and pictures, which they ran as a feature interview double page spread at no charge. Do you have a story to tell?
14.01.2022 Mental Health Month 2012 was something of a PR triumph for Clairity. Commissioned by CHESS Employment to interview local identities for their advertorial, Focus Magazine agreed to run a photo of some of them on the cover and promote the CHESS Employment Umbrella Walk at dawn on World Mental Health Day in a separate story. Radio stations 2CS and ABC Local ran interview crosses with Claire Simmonds on breakfast radio and STAR FM sent their breakfast announcer on the walk. More than 90 people got up at dawn to walk in support of those with mental health issues. Cover page photo is by Greig Traynor.
14.01.2022 Here is what a happy client (Brent Pace, Eire Entertainment) had to say about Clairity Public Relations after he was 'blown away' by the results. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMs-WJSoBFE
11.01.2022 This is Claire Simmonds on her first day as casual journalist with Prime7 News in Coffs Harbour. Expect to see more of Claire on your TV screens when she fills in for the lovely Liz Penny for 12 weeks from mid-January. Skye Carle, Kyle Hand and Liz deserve credit for both putting Claire forward for the work and being generous with their knowledge in training her.
11.01.2022 Were you aware I sponsor a local basketball team? These are the best singlets in the competition - much classier than the usual bobbing around the courts.
11.01.2022 This is one of my favourite stories. One of my clients, CHESS Employment commissioned me to identify and approach local 'identities' from a broad walk of life who may be willing to speak about how mental health has touched their own lives. More than 17 prominent locals, including both members of parliament (who sadly couldn't make the photo shoot due to parliamentary sitting dates) agreed. These are the interviews. Photos were taken by CR8 Studios. CHESS Employment paid for a double page spread in the Focus Magazine.
10.01.2022 Just finished a PR campaign for 8 Ball Aitken during the Tamworth Country Music Festival. He played the finals of the 2012 Toyota Star Maker event and shaved off his beard for Leukaemia Foundation, as well as countless gigs during the festival. We were successful in generating print, online and radio publicity for 8 Ball Aitken during the festival and he now has new followers and a new information channel on the Facebook fan club site created by Clairity. Country musicians seeking a higher profile need to get in touch with Claire Simmonds on 0415 495 010 or at [email protected]
10.01.2022 What if you could help ensure the availability of sustainably farmed, organic fruit and vegetables on Coffs Coast by re-posting this message? Chip in as little as $12 to help create a gourmet food hub for farmers to get their produce to your plate faster. Choose a reward which delivers you more than your original investment in future fresh fruit and vegetables. The only catch is you only have until 24 October to share your love of sustainable farming in Orara Valley. Josh and... Tomoko Allen, owners of the popular Synchronicity Farm weekly market stalls at Harbourside Markets and Nana Glen General Store have launched a crowd-funding appeal for a seven day-a-week farm-gate produce store. Aside from offering organic, heirloom and hard-to-find fruit and vegetables, the Synchronicity Farm gourmet food hub will offer dry goods and nature’s super foods. Future plans include a community facility for educational workshops on organic farming, permaculture, worm farming, aquaculture, shiitake mushroom farming as well as a bread and pizza community oven. Support the Synchronicity Farm project before 24 October 2013 and you could be eating the rewards when the gourmet food hub opens in early 2014. Visit www.pozible.com/synchronicityfarm or search for ‘Synchronicity Farm’ on Facebook to learn more about the aims of the project. See more
