25.01.2022 This month Clair of Clair Niven Massage provided Massage to 1 young mum in deep need and 2 support workers on the Sunshine Coast in partnership with Integrated ...Youth Family Services. Clair shared with us that "J... is a young mum who is starting to take some time out for self-care, which is so precious and important with young kids. Due to a cancellation I was also able to treat 2 of the lovely ladies who give of their time to this program and care for the young parents, without them the service would not be able to happen." 16.01.2022 We are now supporting young vulnerable mums on the Sunshine Coast. Being a mum is epic and I know as a solo mumma to 2 girls how tough it can be more for me an...d I have support, education, a home and resources around me. These young women inspire us with their resilience, love and determination to go on and be the best mum they can be. So what a gift when we can provide these amazing often worn out young mums with much needed physical support through Massage. They get to receive and start to fill their cups allowing them to be better and more present mumma’s to their little ones. This is possible as our Silver Level Ambassador Clair Niven of Clair Niven Massage heads to Integrated Youth and Family Services every month This is what Clair shared with us this month.... Both young mums moved me as both had put kids first and had not taken good care of their physical needs for a while. Its a sad, yet regular occurrence for all mums with young kids.
