We know some folk aren't as excited about real estate as us & you may have missed the great announcements handed down by the State Government for both First Home Buyers & Established Buyers trading up or scaling down! Firstly, beginning on Contracts entered into from Wednesday 25th November, stamp duty savings will be rolled on all Victorian property sales under $1 million valid until June 30 in 2021. Victorians who purchase new builds will recei...ve a 50 per cent discount on stamp duty up to $27,500 and buyers of existing homes will be able to claim a 25 per cent saving, up to $13,750.
