The winners of the Foursomes Competition were Kathy Smith and Julie Main with a nett 72 c/b Bev Sanderson and Pat Casey c/b Gloria Maynard and Andrea Rowe. 11.01.2022 Vets 17.12.20: With school holidays in full swing, it was young Brady Gray who led the way this week with a fantastic, handicap depleting, 46 points to take home the big bucks, miles ahead of Mike Gierkes’s 40 points and Paul Steele on 39. Art Yandell had 38 and Les Yeats Mick Mittiga and Neville Johnson all had 37, whilst Digger and Floody managed 36 and Hoggie scraped into the winners circle with 35. NTP were won by Brady Gray, Art Yandell, Mike Gierke and Jeff Hogben. Th...e golf was followed by a subway lunch and the presentation of the 2020 trophies. The Summer Shield was won by Ted Dickinson The Autumn Championship was won by Terry Zohs The Winter Herb Campbell trophy was won by Gary Holley The Spring Memorial Shield was won by Terry Zohs. 02.01.2022 Vets 10.12.20: On a magnificent day for golf, it was Barb Hayes who excelled to win the day with a fantastic 39 points, beating Eric Bray and Chris Hahesy on a count back, ahead of Ken Lloyd and Neville Johnson on 38. Then came the tribe with Ross Mortimer, Buzzy Victor, Art Yandell, Ted Dickinson, Mike Hahesy and Terry Zohs all on 37 points, with Paul Steele alone on 36, Mike Gierke and Eric Edwards shared 35’s, Neil Crisp and Peter Seidel had 33’s and Rob Tregilgas and Dan... Jakeway had 32 point, with Dan scoring an eagle on the 1st hole.
