20.01.2022 Clarence Property has signed global logistics company Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics as its newest tenant at 201 Leichhardt Street in Spring Hill. Wallenius, which has a special focus on machinery, vehicles, rail and the energy sector, has taken up a 73sqm tenancy on a three year lease, with options.
