19.01.2022 There are so many people that we thank for their contribution to the Hoedown...however, this thank you is to two special community members that have gone above and beyond and deserve a little extra recognition. Councillor Steve Low: Steve helped us get Wharf Reserve Events Based Camping over the line, he prepared the site and managed it over the entire weekend and also worked a shift in the Token Booth. Steve also put in four full days of hard labour for which he is to be co...mmended and nothing was ever a trouble for Steve. Erringhis Steve Organ: Steve supplied the alcohol for the Hoedown, as he has done for the past three years. The last couple of years weve experienced growth and have needed more and more alcohol as the night progressed. This year was the same, however we wiped out all Steves stock BUT he gave us everything he had!! Both Steves have COMMUNITY SPIRIT ten fold, so from all of our community... WE THANK YOU
