Home based, with suggestions on items you’ll have at home (ie cans of food for weights). Do it yourself foot massages, facials, how to build a toy box for your pet so many options on You-Tube. See who can come up with the oddest DIY suggestion Mindfulness and/or meditation The Honest Guys; Calm; Living Better - so many options, with sessions from 5 minutes. Being Kinder to Yourself The science of happiness available on Youbtube or Google Greater Good Magazine nice little videos around 5 minutes. Good for kids as well as adults.
