13.01.2022 Hello all out there in the new world It's been awhile since I've posted. I've been happily in pause, ponder ,purpose trust and surrender mode. It's been nice to "stop"..... I hope you are all finding your own meaning in what's happening on mother earth at this time and be drawn to feel into the more gentle positive shifts that are happening around us and within us ...... .some nice ones being surfaced . For me there has been quite a lot of Crossroads . Share more with you on that soon. Below Id like to share with you a short practice that Tashi Dawa invited me to do for Blanc space where local people are coming together to share a short practices or service that may be welcoming gifts to others in the community at this time of distanced living . With a little more time on my hands Ive been playing around with technology ..... its a start Hope you may take this time to pause, connect and be present to the now as this is where the gold is . 01.01.2022 Its been 8 wonderful years since Clarence Valley Yoga was birthed. Though the time has come to close the doors for good and open to the next new chapter to be written . Though its not quite clear yet exactly where this change will take me . For now Im enjoying the transition of pause and will wait for the flow of universal timing to unfold and bring clarity to where I will serve next . Along the way I have had much pleasured passion meeting, teaching ,and sharin...g the gift of yoga with so many locals and beyond . And for that I feel grateful and blessed . I've put together short little memoir photo slide sharing some of the many joys that have occured along the years of growing Clarence Valley Yoga....it touched my heart with deep gratitude for all that I have meet along the way. Some of you have been with me from day one . I treasure your devotion, your friendship; have admired your growth, physically, spiritually and mentally. I will miss you all. Many others have floated in and out, either way; you have all been a gift. I feel very blessed to have spent 12 years in total being a part of Maclean working community. Thank you all so much for your support . Im sure we will meet again somewhere in the valley . Maclean Remedial Therapies will still be operating from a different premises and I’m sure when pause time is over ?? I’ll be popping up somewhere with a yoga class, workshop or retreat ??.
