Harvested with innovative sustainable wild fishing program that is carefully managed with strict catch quotas and limited licenses. 02.01.2022 TOSS LIKE A BOSS! Chinese New Year is never complete without angpaus, reunion dinners and Yee Sang (also known as lo hei). What started out as a poor mans food when the time was rough has now become a symbol of good luck for every Lunar new year. All diners at the table stand up and toss the ingredients into the air with chopsticks while saying their own auspicious wishes out loud. It is believed that the higher you toss, the higher your life and social standard will improve! Clarendon is serving our own version of yee sang for a limited time only so dont miss it! 02.01.2022 And thats a wrap!!! Happy New Year, Clarendonians!!! It was a real blast having you with us for the last seconds of 2019. Also a big shout-out to @torplace for organising such a wonderful event! What a night!! Some of us had to be up until sunrise to finish things off, check out the last pic to see that beautiful sunrise As we were ringing in the new year together with crackling fireworks, your amazing dance moves and unlimited drinks, we also reflected to what an amazing year 2019 has been crossed fingers over our heart hoping to start afresh and ready to make the magic happen again.... and even better! More parties, more happy hours, more dinner specials, more express lunches, more laughs, more smiles, more happy tears, more you!!! Look forward to seeing you again in 2020
