22.01.2022 F R A G I L E We have arrived in a New Year, a New Age... all feels better, right??? ... We may still feel deep in our cocoon, or pushing our way out through our birth canal, or in transformational flight.... We all have our different timing. Metamorphising at any stage of our growth has a fragility to it. A vulnerability that is true courage. All stages draw from this infinite well. To be still, when the world is telling you to be busy and doing. To surrender to the darkness trusting that so much is growing in the apparent nothingness? In the birth, can we breathe through the discomfort & pain of letting go of parts of ourselves - grieve for the death of who we were so we can birth a divine love, intimacy & devotion to self? Possibly the greatest bravery is to be in full flight of our own radiance, emanating joy & gratitude and hold that space for others who are not. In our own wild & brave light, showing up as who we truly are, can we be a beacon of hope for others.. before we cycle back to our cocoon of stillness. Can we be present? Not compare? 19.01.2022 F U L L M O O N R I S I N G A few days late- taken on Saturday night. My eve before was spent purging...I think all of February!!... The Aquarius Ascension experience is like being on a theme park ride a tad too long. We need the simplicity of grounding & nourishing our being with nature. So as we watched the full moon rise to her fullest, I felt new energies rise in me with beautiful giant heart friends by my side. Planets are direct people... 14.01.2022 S U N S E T T I N G O N 2 0 2 0 Have you felt the last few days (either side of this Full Moon) like its the day after a big party...not the most awesome one you have ever been to but now everyone has gone home and you are left with the confetti clean up? A kinda how did I end up here moment??... Maybe feeling a sense of aloneness or separation? This Cancerian energy may make us go inward...which is opposing energies to NYE and full moon time. We are feeling deeply what is calling our attention. An ancient wound called out to me... Sometimes we need to open it up again to get the gunk, the soul infection out, really let it all out so it can be healed this time. Can we enter 2021 with a rising new vision of Love for ourselves? My love for witnessing sunrises became my daily meditation. Walking on my beach daily was a blessing & a freedom that so many did not have. We beach walkers, dog lovers. ocean souls knew that. Love rocks...gifts from the sea as my daily reminder of what Is the only thing that is Real. After days of rain I felt tears of joy that I had this privelege...just to BE me with my Tashi dog along for every adventure. Simple & Perfect every time.
