If you are in urgent need of your essential medications because you have not been able to access medical services, or your usual prescription from your doctor, please speak with your pharmacist directly about getting your essential medications without a prescription. Pharmacists will be able to provide most medications on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) or the smallest standard pack not on the PBS. The Emergency Supply provision will stay in place for the period of time that the declaration of a major emergency remains in force or until further notice. 08.01.2022 UPDATED CHANGES TO COUNCIL SERVICES DUE TO COVID-19 CURRENT LOCKDOWN ADVICE: Due to the newly announced COVID-19 restrictions in South Australia which include a... State-wide lockdown, the following changes will be implemented by the Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council for the following six days - these changes will be updated/revised according to advice received by the State Government: Clare and Saddleworth Libraries will be closed for the COVID lockdown. There will be no click and collect. The Waste Transfer Station will be closed for the next six days. The Valleys Lifestyle Centre will be closed for the next six days. Clare Council office will be open as usual, but with limited staff availability. Saddleworth office closed. Council encourages the community to telephone - 08 88 426400 or email - [email protected] in the first instance or check on Council's website: www.cgvc.sa.gov.au for general information. Bin collection and public building cleaning services will continue as normal. Construction projects will be on hold for the next 6days, however Council staff will still be available to attend to infrastructure, or other council-related emergencies.
