19.01.2022 The changes in the weather do have an impact on chronic pain and your nervous system. Increased coughing, sneezing increases joint pressure, especially through your spine. Pain from many more impacts can result in your core muscles becoming underactive. Increased protective muscle activity can lead to cramps and or muscle soreness. Stay warm, keep your core muscle active and functional, cough/sneeze into the sky, and pain meds as prescribed.

10.01.2022 As of yesterday afternoon, (Wednesday) I was open for Physiotherapy today. As of 7am this morning private Physio is only allowed via telehealth, so I am closed. I will be ringing everybody now at 7.30 am to cancel, sorry everyone stay safe.

02.01.2022 We all do many hours on the computer. Many hours using the mouse or finger pad uses your wrist extensors in a repetitive action. Tennis elbow can be called mouse elbow, the symptoms and muscle use is similar. A few simple exercises and some posture resetting as well as some extensor tendon repair may well save you from alot of pain. I am back in Clare Thursday if you want more information on how to manage chronic tendon pain.
