17.01.2022 Love a good cemetery, John Coles was loading a ceremonial Canon which discharged before it should have. Mr Coles had his right hand in the wrong spot, here one moment, gone the next. Governor Grey paid for a prothsesis believed to be the first one in SA, complete with a pulley system to enable the fingers to work. Lots of small things make up our history in Clare Valley, you just have know where to look.
