25.01.2022 Where is the equality for kids? All kids matter regardless of race, colour and culture. Where are the protests in the street? Forget the flag, forget the Australia Day date. THIS is what we should be marching about to protect these innocent lives!! This just gut wrenchingly horrific.

Everywhere else we turn today we are encouraged to support and help those with mental health issues... except when it comes to climate change. 03.01.2022 Actually some practical tips here. Dont follow the masses just because every other kid seems to have a scheduled week. Eat together. Prioritise doing nothing. Connect. Busy kids and stressed, anxious, and often act out. Reclaim your family and life this year.
