25.01.2022 We are currently moving office and will be situated in the display village from this weekend onwards. The office has come up beautifully, and once we have an operational cooling system and our friends at the cafe move in it will be a welcoming office for all to see and to stop by for a coffee as looking at land and/or the builders! A big thanks to management for making this possible and for all their work in setting this up - look forward to seeing any of you in the office from here on in!
25.01.2022 Just thought I'd put a quick update for all on everything happening in the estate: Stage 4 has been lodged with the titles office, and now we eagerly await the titles to come through in the next few weeks!! Stage 6 will be releasing shortly, expecting 48 new blocks to be coming out soon - if anybody or anyone you know is interested and hasn't yet already come down then please feel free to swing by to our office, we are open everyday.... This wet miserable weather has slowed things down a little with construction on the land side, but it seems builders haven't stopped all week. Our displays are nearly opening with Fairhaven Homes already displaying and Metricon will be soon to follow. We will begin operating out of our new display centre office in a matter of weeks too! 24.01.2022 Hi All, A bit of a nice community update rather than one on our own estate. We would like to advertise a community event run by the Cranbourne West Residesnts Association who are holding a Community BBQ early in December for residents in the Clarinda Park estate as well as our neighbouring Cranbourne West estates. To attend please join their group and all details on the event are on their page. For those interested in joining the association simply request to join here ( http...s://www.facebook.com/groups/CWRA2015/) and one of the people running this will gladly accept you into the association. Lots of interesting community topics (including many I've had countless discussions about) have been addressed already within this page. Hopefully the weather holds up for the BBQ and everyone has a great time meeting all their community members!
22.01.2022 Stage 8 was successfully launched yesterday! A big congratulations to those who came in and committed to putting a block into their name, was great seeing so many happy faces despite the wait for some. 22.01.2022 So we just identified how to accept your posts onto the page now, apologies to those who have posted something on our wall from so long ago. Also on the news front, Stage 4 is all titled now!!! It's been a little bit of a wait for this one, so I do thank all buyers in stage 4 for their patience. We look forward to producing more good news as time goes on!
20.01.2022 Release six is out and has been selling fast already. Most of the blocks are park frontage and are in quite a prime spot! I'll be out on site to take photos of the estate subject to the weather and will upload accordingly. We'll try and get photos of every stage if possible! Let me know if you had any ideas/suggestions for the estate to benefit. The idea of starting up a resident's page for the estate has been discussed by a few buyers already which I think would be a huge benefit to the residents in this estate!
19.01.2022 Hi All, We have just successfully launched stage 9 with the opening of our new office only to have it sell out immediately bar one lot! None of us could've anticipated such a turn out! It was some great numbers for the estate, and we would like to thank all buyers who waited patiently for their turns. Also a big thanks to the KaiKura team (Zoe and Shana particularly) who came out for the big day.

13.01.2022 Family Fun Day happening tomorrow in the estate, the fun begins from 12pm with free food and activities happening around our display village. We'll have a visit from the Casanova's who will be having some giveaways, and our new launch of stage 10 will be out this day too!

Stage 2 after only titling a month ago already have some temporary fences up as well as a frame!
