07.01.2022 As we open up slowly from our COVID coma, it is time for a fresh start, a new way of being! I am running a Zoom Wellbeing Workshop for Clarity, Calm and Connection for those who would like to learn Mindfulness techniques to use daily for mental fitness, for greater connection with others, and self care. Our breath is a powerful healing tool for connection to your true self, inner being and soul. I teach meditation/breathing techniques to bring awareness to your thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
