12.01.2022 Clark Equipment is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic to join our workshop in Dandenong, Victoria (Melbourne). The successful applicant will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing construction and materials handling equipment. Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain various Clark Equipment products including Bobcat Excavators, Track Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders, Doosan Excavators and Wheel Loaders, McCormick Tractors, Generators and Air Compr...essors, Clark Forklifts, Omega Heavy Lift Trucks and Terberg Terminal Tractors. * Troubleshoot mechanical faults with the use of OEM diagnostic systems. * Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment. * Ability to carry out field service work if or when required. About You: * Heavy Duty Mechanic or similar trade certificate. * WA C class drivers licence (minimum). * Self-motivated with excellent work ethic. * Work autonomously. * Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service. * Sound troubleshooting and diagnostics skills. * Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. * Good time keeping and job recording skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
