The position will be based in our Launceston Office working primarily within ...the commercial and property law areas. This is a full-time position and experience in similar roles would be preferred. Your responsibilities File management including opening and closing files Preparation of documents and correspondence as required Dictation Diary and email management Liaising with clients and external parties including government offices and other law firms Printing and collating various documents Ad hoc duties as required The candidate would have the following attributes:- Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong work ethic Legal Industry or Law Firm experience preferred Experience with Leap would be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Ability to take responsibility and ownership of your work A friendly personality and can-do attitude to get the job done Be able to work in a team environment Remuneration commensurate with experience. 16.01.2022 Our Devonport office solicitors Cynthea and Tenielle attended Info fest hosted by Vanessa Goodwin of MyCoast Realty at the Paranaple Centre tonight to provide information to first home buyers and investors! Cynthea explained the risks associated with buying and the importance of obtaining pre-contractual advice. Justin Delanty of Lending4U and Ben Chandler from Strategy1 also presented and provided lending and accounting information. 12.01.2022 We are pleased to introduce our newest solicitor recruit, Cynthea Street. Cynthea heads the newly opened office of Clarke & Gee at 49 Best Street, Devonport (opposite the Woolworths carpark). Cynthea has been practicing law for 18 years, with 12 of those years in Devonport. She also brings to our firm her existing client base with plans to expand the Devonport practice and Clarke & Gees presence on the North West Coast. Cynthea prides herself on being a friendly and professional practitioner and we are thrilled to welcome her, together with her experienced assistants Andrea Wickham and Linda Sims, to our team.
