24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Unfortunately, our ability to operate will be severely limited due to Stage 4 lockdown for the next six weeks. We have spent today contacting all of those who have a current order with us. If you have a current order with us and have not spoken with one of our team, please reach out to us ASAP. We are greatly appreciative of the support and understanding you have all shown us during this time. We will have your orders installed as soon as we are allowed to get ba...ck to work! Our showroom will be closed from Thursday, that being said, Luke and Glenn will be able to respond to any enquiries via email while we remain closed. We will not be able to access the voicemail system in the office, so please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 23.01.2022 Important Stage 2 Covid-19 Restrictions Update Hi Everyone, We wanted to provide you with another update on the measures we are taking to ensure your safety and that of our staff at this time. With stage 2 restrictions now in place, we are adhering to all government health advice to do our bit in stopping the spread of the virus. Once again, we would like to emphasise that we are still open for business. We can still perform a free measure and quote, we are still manufacturin...g, and we are still installing. However, we have implemented a number of procedures to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our process. In addition to the health and social distancing protocols outlined in our previous post below we are adding a number of further protections: All staff entering your home will be wearing gloves. This is in addition to the thorough cleaning of all surfaces we come into contact with. Our staff will be required to strictly maintain a social distance of at least 1.5m and will be encouraged to increase this wherever possible. We ask that you do the same. If you or anyone in your household has recently returned from overseas or anyone is feeling unwell let us know immediately. We will not be entering any home in which this is the case. Likewise, our staff will not be attending your home if they are feeling unwell. We encourage you to read this post as well as our previous update before booking with us. We are all in this together and together we will get through it! 15.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Great News! Our showroom is reopening tomorrow! We would like to thank everybody for their support over the last few months. We are very excited to get back to full operation and servicing all of our wonderful customers. We will, of course, be following all government protocols around COVID safety both in the showroom and when visiting your home. ... Our range of roller blinds and security doors, which we manufacture ourselves, are still available for a pre-Christmas install if you book in your free measure and quote now. We are still open for business and we can still provide you with a free measure & quote and will be installing your new blinds and screens in a timely manner. If you are considering new window furnishings we encourage you to still book with us. This promises to be an unprecedented and tough time for all small businesses, so we encourage you to support local businesse...s at this time. Safety is our priority and we are putting into place procedures to safeguard both our customers and our staff in line with current health recommendations: None of our staff will be entering your home if they feel unwell. We will reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you with another staff member. We are taking extra steps to ensure we leave your home as clean as we found it. We will sanitise any surface we are in contact with after we complete your measure or installation with single-use anti-bacterial wipes. Please let us know if you have any aversion to us using these products in your home. Our staff are equipped with kits to complete this process. Following expert advice, we have implemented cleaning regimes, using strict hand cleaning and sanitising practices for our staff entering your home. All staff entering homes will request to wash their hands upon arrival and also prior to leaving your home. We have also advised our staff to try to keep a minimum of 1.5m clearance from our clients as per social distancing recommendations.
