Put simply, salt and pepper diamonds are imperfect diamonds with black and white inclusions which create a salt & pepper effect. The more inclusions in the diamond, the more salt and peppery it will look! No two salt and pepper diamonds are the same adding to their allure. The diamonds can vary from being near white, slightly speckled or light grey, to a cloud grey, marbled or near black. The more flawed, the more salt and peppery itll look.
