09.01.2022 To wear a face mask or not? I am finally super happy with my watercolour progress!!! A little bit of patience goes a long way. It probably also helps that I’m not drawing someone I know so I’m not attached to accuracy here. 07.01.2022 When I’m actively experimenting and playing I let go of the need for a final deliverable (aka Instagrammable) product. Which is why about an hour after this photo was taken the piece ended up being tossed ACTUALLY it ended up in the shower (I wanted to see how well the paper held up, and how much paint actually washed off) and mentally binned. But hey it was fun!

03.01.2022 My last drawing from my last class on Saturday - I’m not sure when the next will be. In such uncertain times, I find it important to do something that makes me happy every day to keep my anxiety on a low simmer, or less if possible. I’ve been riding in the evenings, just riding wherever the roads take me and getting comfortable not knowing where I’m actually going. But I know I’ll always find my way home in time for dinner, and that’s comforting enough. This is a rough wave t...hat we’ll all ride together, and however scary it may be, it always sounds less so when you know we’re all in it together I’m mostly home bound but if someone out there is self isolated in need of resources, let me know how I can help and I’ll do my best
