24.01.2022 Delicious ANZAC biscuits to remember this ANZAC Day. I made my regular recipe plus a vegan one this year both go well with a cuppa remembering those who fought for us, to live the lucky life we live. 23.01.2022 I have finally set up my cheese room @ home. For the past year we have been moving our worldly goods between containers, sheds and our new home. This COVID-19 may have stopped classes for now but has given me the opportunity to sort out my work space. With time on my hands guess what cheese I am making today.

11.01.2022 The perfect cappuccino made by Ross love that it is perfectly centered to Elvis the thing is sometimes we miss these moments made all by chance it’s not when I went back and looked at this photo and realised the perfect alignment to the handle sometimes, we spend our lives trying to make everything so perfect and miss what’s happening with the spontaneous if I hadn’t taken the photo I would have missed that moment.
