07.01.2022 Like many, I was really daunted by having to take care of my mother's funeral arrangements. Our needs were simple, and I found myself getting overwhelmed by many of the funeral service websites, not to mention it was all so expensive. When I first found Classic's website, I wondered if it was too good to be true. Clear, everything listed, really affordable...Even though we didn't want to spend a lot on a funeral, I didn't want it to be 'cheap', either. Or cold. I was so ver...y happy with Jarna's approach, and the kindness, respect, and warmth shown. Nothing was too much trouble, the couple who collected my mother from the nursing home were so kind and professional, everything was taken care of. There are many little personal touches which mean so much at these times, and I felt really taken care of. That our service was special. Could not be happier. I chose to go with my own celebrant, because I have a friend who does this work, but I did like that that service was also included if I needed it. I chose to use their photo montage service, and it came up very well. I'd happily recommend it. Overall, I felt very cared for. I know my mother would have been delighted. 03.01.2022 Good Afternoon, write you this letter of sincere gratitude. I had been my mothers full time carer for 5 yrs. she entered permanent care the day prior to her death. I feel blessed though , that I was able to be with her when she took her last breath. At the time of my mothers passing, our family was in mourning following the sudden death of my daughter in law, leaving my son and myself to raise their 2 young children. My mother departed this life the day before my daughter in... laws funeral, so you see, we were all in a state of shock and inexplicable grief. Your services from day one were exemplary. The kindness and professionalism of your staff was beyond my expectations. I was kept up to date every step of the way, until my mothers ashes were personally delivered to me at my home with the same care and compassion. The last few months have been extraordinarily difficult for our family, but knowing that my mother was in the expert care of Classic Funeral Services brought me peace of mind at a time that I seemed to be shrouded in despair.
