Follow these tips to become more action oriented:... 1. Time management is valuable. Plan out and decide a time by when you need to finish your goals so that you are reminded of backlogs too 2. Try disciplining yourself. If you waste time being lethargic, you waste opportunities that come your way 3. Reward yourself. If you are successful in completing your goals, reward yourself, be it a treat or by simply shopping 4. Be impatient and curious. if you are impatient for the outcome and curious to know more, it will push you towards your goals 5. Picture yourself where you want to reach. Working out on a daily basis is a sureshot way to relax your body and mind. 2. Relax your muscles. Take a long shower, do some stretching or simply get a good night's sleep 3. Practice deep breathing. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself in a peaceful environment. Breathe in and out for 5-10 minutes a day 4. Eat properly. Having a balanced diet helps to control your mood.
