21.01.2022 SOLD SOLD SOLD. Significant Price Reduction. Morgan 1968 4/4 1600GT - was $38,000 now asking $32,000 for quick sale. One of our customers is looking to sell his much loved Morgan. He imported the car in 1984 and due to a recent hip operation can no longer enjoy this epitome of English motoring. Please message us if it’s of interest and we can put the 2 of you together. This is a really great driving car and fitted with the desirable Ford 1600 Cross Flow with Weber carb and a...dditional free flow exhaust. Used on many club runs in Victoria and more recently in QLD. Great history available on request including, sales invoice, importation documents and correspondence with Morgan. Wings replaced with much of the paint original and whilst not perfect is presentable. Bench seat replaced by excellent leather bucket seats (very comfortable and excellent quality). No rips, or tears with the interior. Dashboard is perfect. New hood and recent carpets and comes with side screens. 2 sets of keys and owners handbook. Mechanically excellent and great to drive with a decent fruity note and responsive handling. Comes with desirable number plate 68MOG. Much recent work on file. New battery, recent tyres. Asking $32,000 for quick sale. Current owner since late 80s. Selling on behalf of a client who lives in Perth and can no longer travel to the Gold Coast due to travel restrictions. This is a really great car to drive and has been known to us for many years. Engine is sweet and responsive, g...reat positive gearbox and brakes and a wonderful driving car for the money. The owner has invested a lot over the years and there is a think wad of invoices to show for it. We have on record over $30,000 + of work including, body, full repaint, engine and other mechanical work. The gearbox and overdrive rebuilds have been done in the last 4 years. The car was subject to a great magazine article in 2002. The paint shows signs of age with some chips but presents well with good shine. The interior although old is in fine shape with no rips or tears and no worn areas to the carpets. The dash is good with no cracks or chips. The bright work is aged with some pitting but presentable. The hood and tonneau are again aged but have no rips or tears.Mileage reads at 33,496 with only 13,000 miles done in the last 20 years. Proper English motoring this and that engine makes all the right noises with plenty of go too. A well sorted car. Currently available to view at our workshop. 17.01.2022 Mini heaven. How good is this 72 Clubman 1275 GT? Original Cooper S spec engine in there. Restored by 2 chaps who had never worked on a car before and the car was in the family from new/ Absolutely amazing job they did. We corrected a few relatively minor issues but our team were incredibly impressed by their attention to detail and quality of work. The paint is A1 and the car goes sooooo well. And the original sunroof is a fantastic feature. 1275 GT Clubmans are rare and this was just a pleasure to see in the workshop. #miniclubman #mini1275GT #Classiccarclinic

12.01.2022 SOLD SOLD. 1957 Healey 100/6. We love these big Healeys and have recently helped a long term customer find a new owner for it. If you want to sell your car or a looking for one please get in touch with us and we can help put both parties together. This car was with its current owner for 40 years and restored in the nineties. Its presents like the restoration was completed last year. We think the colour scheme is just stunning and it drives aswell as it looks. Original colour scheme and matching numbers. We think the design is just timeless and these cars tick all the boxes. We thrilled its going to a new home local to us in QLD.

04.01.2022 Working on a special car today...an Ascari Ecosse. After a long sleep the team have it running again. The car has an interesting backstory. In 1995 Ascari introduced the FGT at various European motor shows, designed by Lee Noble who went onto establish Noble cars. Following the 1997 season, Ascari built 17 production versions of the FGT dubbed the Ecosse and this is one of those cars. The Ecosse was unveiled by Ascari at the 1999 Earls Court Motor Show. The Ecosse was given... a BMW V8 engine in place of the Chevrolet and Ford units used in the FGT, Although the engine was further tuned by Hartge. The 4.4 L engine produces around 300 hp (304 PS; 224 kW), while later larger 4.7 L units produced around 400 hp. The car is incredibly light at 1250Kg and the body is partly made from Kevlar which helped it hit the magic 200 mph. In the nineties there werent to many cars that could achieve that.
